Yogurt Shake

What you need:
1. Plain yogurt – I always use Elle and Vire plain sweet yogurt which is also the brand my kids love to eat.
2. Crushed ice
3. Sugar (adjust to taste)
4. Some water – to dilute the yogurt a little so it won’t be hard to blend in the blender
5. Fruits (like bananas or strawberries)
– optional
