Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Calling all garlic lovers!!!

This pasta dish is so easy to prepare and very delicious too! Best paired with steak or prawns.

What you need:
– spaghetti
– olive oil
– lots and lots of garlic
– chili flakes
– chopped fresh parsley
– grated parmesan
– sea salt
– cherry tomatoes (optional)

Cook the spaghetti just before al dente. Set aside. Saute the garlic in olive oil for a little while and be careful not to let them brown. Mix in some sea salt. Add the pasta, parsley, parmesan, and chili flakes and mix all together. More chili flakes if you want it spicier and less if you want it mild. Top the pasta dish with cherry tomatoes and garnish with some fresh parsley.

  1. I learned to cook Aglio Olio thru Youtube. I would always burn the garlic, thus I was desperate. A video I watched taught me hot to perfectly make them – and that is to add the garlic and olive oil on a cool pan and heat them together. Voila!
