This tuna spread recipe of my mom is an all time favorite of our family. Although my version is not as good as hers (maybe because she was not the one who made it), but whenever I make it, it reminds me of my mom’s tuna spread.
What you need:
– 1 can of tuna chunks in water
– 1 sachet of mayo/lite mayo
– 3 tbsp of pickle relish
– half of an onion, chopped
– salt and pepper
– hard-boiled eggs, sliced (optional)
Using a strainer, remove the water from the tuna chunks. Transfer to a bowl. Add the chopped onions, pickle relish, and mayo and mix thoroughly together. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
