Baked Tilapia with Lemon and Capers

What you need:
– tilapia fillet
– sea salt
– pepper
– lemon juice
– thin ginger slices
– thin leek slices
– capers
– tomato slices
– 1/2 tsp of light soy sauce

Arrange the tilapia fillets in foils. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper. Squeeze some lemon juice over the fish. Place the ginger, leek, tomato, and capers on top. And pour 1/2 tsp of light soy sauce over the fish.

Bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
