Salmon Croquettes

I used an air fryer to cook this and they turned out great! Crunchy and healthy!

Here’s the recipe:
200g salmon fillet, chopped
2/3 cup grated potato
2/3 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp chives, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 egg whites
All purpose flour
Bread crumbs

Mix all the ingredients together except the egg whites, flour, and bread crumbs. Shape into balls. Coat it with flour then into the egg whites and finally with bread crumbs. Drizzle them with a bit of oil.

Cook in the air fryer at 160 degrees for 6 minutes. Increase the temperature to 180 degrees C and cook for another 4 minutes. Open and turn the balls around and cook for another 2 minutes to have an even color.

This is my version. Alternatively, you can also look up the recipe in the Philips Air Fryer cookbook. It’s called Salmon Fish Cakes in there. I’m sure it’s yummy too!
