For a healthier take on french fries, I use Philips Airfryer instead of frying them in loads of oil. Not bad…not bad at all!
Don’t forget to soak the potato sticks in water for 30 minutes and patting them dry. Coat them with a little light olive oil before putting in the basket. Air fry for 20 minutes or so. Open and shake the basket several times during cooking time and also check for doneness towards the end.
Lastly, add salt and pepper to taste! Some chili powder too!
