Chicken with Cashews

What you need:
– 1/2 chicken breast fillet
– 1 tbsp corn starch
– salt and white pepper
– 2 small stalks of celery
– 1/2 of an onion
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1/4 cup water
– 1/8 tsp brown sugar
– 1/2 tsp cooking wine
– 1/2 cup of roasted cashew nuts

Thinly slice the chicken breast. Add some salt and white pepper. Add the cornstarch and mix together. Set aside.

I always peel a little skin off the celery using a peeler first. Then slice the celery diagonally. Chop the onions into cubes.

In a pan, heat up some light olive oil. Sauté the garlic then add the chicken. Separate the chicken pieces. When the chicken pieces are about done, throw in the celery and onions. Add the oyster sauce, water, brown sugar, and cooking wine. Finally, the cashew nuts. Stir fry for a minute then serve!
