Red Rice and Fish Fillet with Garlic and Leeks

What you need:
– 1 piece sole fish fillet, cut into half
– light soy sauce
– salt and pepper
– 2 tbsp minced garlic
– thinly sliced leeks

Marinate the sole fish fillets in light soy sauce for 30 minutes. Add some salt and pepper to the fish. With a little light olive oil, pan fry each side of the fish fillet for 2 minutes or so. Set aside. Sauté the garlic and leeks for a minute. Top them on the fish fillet and serve with red rice!
