This snack is so easy to prepare and so yummy! All you need is one medium sized sweet potato, light olive oil, and salt.
Slice the sweet potato thinly. I used the slicer which I bought from Saizen. (By this time, you have probably figured out that I’m a Saizen fan already. Hehe:)) It’s very easy to use and you will be able to achieve those thin, crispy chips you’ve always wanted.
Coat the sweet potato slices with some olive oil. Set the airfryer at 160 degrees Celsius and cook for 6 minutes. Adjust heat to 185 degrees Celsius and cook for another 8 minutes. While cooking, remember to shake the basket or use a spoon to separate the chips that are stuck together for them to cook evenly. Season with salt to taste.
