Salmon Cubes with Pineapple Salsa

What you need:
– 200g of salmon fillet, cubed
– juice of half lemon
– salt and pepper
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 1 small pack of Del Monte pineapple bits
– 10 pcs of cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/2 red onion, chopped
– 2 tbsp soy sauce

Season the salmon cubes with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

In a pan, sauté minced garlic. Cook the salmon cubes until semi-done. Put in the red onions, cherry tomatoes, and pineapple bits together with the juice and add the soy sauce. Mix them altogether until the salmon is cooked.
