Balsamic Chicken with Rosemary and Garlic


What you need:
– 1/2 chicken breast fillet
– 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
– 1/4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– salt and pepper
– dried rosemary
– 1/4 cup garlic, pressed

Mix the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle some dried rosemary, salt, and pepper over the two sides of chicken breast fillet. Pour the marinade over the chicken fillet and coat all sides with the sauce. Marinade overnight in the refrigerator or for 1 hour before cooking.

Heat the pan with light olive oil and sauté the pressed garlic pieces. Make sure they don’t get burnt. Cook the chicken breast fillet and baste with the leftover marinade. When done, sprinkle with some more dried rosemary.
