Grilled Barbecue Chicken

What you need:
– 1/2 chicken breast fillet
– 2 tbsp Jufran Banana Ketchup
– 1 tbsp Heinz tomato ketchup
– 1 tbsp light soy sauce
– 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
– 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
– salt and pepper to taste

Slice open the chicken breast fillet to even out the thickness. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on both side. Set aside.

Mix all the two ketchup and sauces together to make the marinade. Marinade the chicken fillet for 30 minutes or overnight.

Brush the grill pan with some light olive oil. When heated, place the chicken breast fillets on the pan. Flip the fillets when it has made some nice dark grill lines on one side then cook the other side. Occasionally baste the fillets and flip them a couple of times.
