Steamed Chicken with Ginger Onion Sauce

What you need:
– 1/2 boneless chicken breast fillet
– a few slices of ginger
– coarse sea salt

For the sauce:
– 1 tbsp of chopped chives
– 1 tbsp of minced ginger
– 1 tbsp of minced garlic
– 1/2 tsp of minced lemongrass
– 1/2 tsp of coarse sea salt
– 1 tbsp light olive oil

Slice the chicken breast 1 inch diagonally. Sprinkle some salt on each side. Insert some thin ginger slices in between. Steam for 8 minutes.

In a small sauce pan, heat up the light olive oil and put in the chives, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, and salt. Sauté for a minute and serve over the steamed chicken.

Garnish with some fresh coriander.
