What you need:
– 1 boneless Pacific Cod fillet
– ginger powder
– all purpose flour
– ginger and onion sauce
Sprinkle the Pacific Cod fillet with some salt and ginger powder. Then coat it with all purpose flour. Set aside.
For the ginger and onion sauce, please refer to my previous recipe of Steamed Chicken with Ginger Onion Sauce.
Pan fry the Pacific Cod in light olive oil. Frying time depends on the thickness of the fish. Check the thickest part of the fish for doneness.
Place the cod on a plate and top it with the ginger onion sauce and some fresh coriander.
