Garlic Milkfish Crunch w/ Garlic Mayo Dip


What you need:
– 1 large sized boneless milkfish, sliced into four pieces (get rid of the head)
– 1 clover of garlic, minced
– 1/2 lemon
– all purpose flour
– egg whites
– bread crumbs
– sea salt
– pepper

Garlic Mayo
– lite mayo
– lemon zest
– minced garlic
– chopped chives

Sprinkle sea salt and pepper on the milkfish. Squeeze some lemon juice on each piece. Set aside.

Add some sea salt into the all purpose flour and bread crumbs separately. Coat each milkfish with all purpose flour and then, the egg whites. Spread a generous amount of minced garlic on top, and then, brush some more egg white. Finally, coat the milkfish with the bread crumbs.

Set temperature of air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius and fry the milkfish for 10 minutes.

For the dip, mix the minced garlic, some chopped chives, some lemon juice, and mayo together and then serve it with the fried milkfish.
