What you need:
– one head of iceberg lettuce, separated and washed
– 1 pack of golden mushrooms
– 2 tbsp oyster sauce
– 2 tsp minced garlic
In a pan, sauté minced garlic in light olive oil. Stir fry the golden mushrooms for a minute then add the lettuce. Add the oyster sauce and cook for another minute then it’s done!
For oyster sauce, I use the brand Ayam because it has no MSG, no preservatives, and gluten free. It’s quite hard to find though, I bought mine from Landmark Supermarket and they are not always in stock. If you like it, be sure to stock up next time you find them!:)
