What you need:
– 1 whole boneless chicken breast fillet, sliced thinly
– 1/2 pack golden mushrooms
– salt and pepper
– fresh chives
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
– 2 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp water
– 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water
Season the thinly sliced chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Place some golden mushrooms on top then roll. Stick in toothpicks to hold them together.
On a grill pan, brush some light olive oil. Grill the rolls until grill lines are dark and visible. Once the edges of the rolls have stuck together, remove the toothpicks. Roll them on the pan and cook a little while longer to make sure all sides are cooked and that the insides are done as well. Transfer to a plate.
In a small pan, sauté the minced garlic in light olive oil. Add the sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, water, and chopped fresh chives. Mix until simmering then add the cornstarch mixture. Stir until the sauce has become thick in consistency. Pour over the chicken rolls then serve.
