Baked Cream Cheese Rangoons

These rangoons are so easy to make and so delicious! They are quite addicting too!

What you need:
– wonton wrappers
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 tbsp chopped chives
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1 egg, beaten

This recipe makes around 15 pieces of cream cheese rangoons.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C. Beat the cream cheese, chives, garlic, and salt together. Using a 0.5 tbsp scooper or any spoon, place the cream cheese filling in the middle of the wonton wrapper. Dip finger in the beaten egg and coat the edges of the wrapper. Bring the edges to the center and pinch together to form an X shape. Spray some cooking oil on top or brush some oil. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
