What you need:
– 2 pcs of frozen halibut fillets
– sea salt
– black pepper
– ginger powder
– 1/2 tbsp light olive oil
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 1/2 cup chopped red onion
– 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
– 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
– 1/2 cup chopped coriander
– pinch of chili flakes
– 1/4 tsp coarse sea salt
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1/2 tbsp water
– 1/4 tsp brown sugar

Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and ginger powder on both sides. Panfry each side of the fillet until they are golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

You may add some more light olive oil or use the remaining oil in the pan. Saute the minced garlic until they are a little browned, then add the red pepper, green pepper, and red onion. Saute for about a minute then add the chopped coriander and chili flakes. Cook for another minute then set aside in a bowl.

Mix the oyster sauce, water, and brown sugar together in the pan and heat them up until bubbly then turn off the heat.

Drizzle the sauce over the fillets and place the chili garlic pepper bits on top. Serve and enjoy!
