Banana Nutella Rangoons

Previously, I made some Baked Cream Cheese Rangoons for appetizer. This time, I thought of turning it into a dessert by changing the filling into a sweet one! 

What you need:

– wonton wrappers (square)

– 1 egg

– 1 ripe banana*

– nutella

– honey**

– sliced almonds**

Mash 1 ripe banana. Place wonton wrapper on a plate or flat surface and scoop 1/2 tsp of mashed banana and 1/2 tsp of nutella onto the wrapper. Dip finger in the beaten egg and coat the edges of the wrapper. Bring the edges to the center and pinch together to form an X shape. Spray some cooking oil or brush some oil on all four sides of the wonton. 

Transfer them to the basket of the airfryer. Set the airfryer at 180 degrees and cook for 2 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. 

I drizzled some honey on top and garnished them with some sliced almonds. 

*You can also use chopped strawberries or any other fruit that you like.
