Nutella Almond Ice Cream

Recently I saw a post about making homemade ice cream with just two ingredients and no rock salt or ice cream machine needed. I got curious and I said to myself that I got to try this myself. 

And one day I did! The outcome….it was outrageously good. There is something deadly about this and here are my reasons:

1. You know what it’s made of and will probably feel very guilty while eating it.

2. You can make whatever flavor you want.

3. And anytime you want!

But, what the heck! You will still enjoy eating it simply because it’s delicious! 

Recipe adapted from Kevin and Amanda

What you need:

– 2 cups heavy cream

– 1 (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk

– 3 tablespoons butter, melted

– 1/2 cup Nutella

– 3/4 cup chopped almonds

Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Then, whisk the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and Nutella together. Stir in the chopped almonds. Fold the mixture with the whipped cream. Pour into a container and cover. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
