Gising-Gising is a Filipino dish made with vegetable, minced pork, coconut milk, and some chilis for that spicy kick. Some people use Kangkong stalks while others use Baguio beans for the vegetables. In this recipe, I am using Baguio beans. This dish is best paired with white rice. Enjoy!

What you need:
- 200 g Baguio beans
- 100 g ground pork
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste (I used 2 small sachets of Barrio Fiesta Bagoong Paste)
- 1 pack (200ml) Kara coconut cream
- 1 cup water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium white onion, chopped
- 1 pc chili, chopped (You can add more depending on your preference for spiciness.)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Sauté garlic and onion in some light olive oil. Add ground pork and cook until medium brown. Mix in the shrimp paste, black pepper, and chili. Pour 1 pack of the coconut cream and add another cup of water. Give it a stir. Let boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the Baguio beans and cook for another 5 minutes or so while stirring. Turn off the heat and serve with white rice.
